Job Summary:

We are seeking a Student Visa Counsellor with strong knowledge of visa processes and a proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with industry agents. The ideal candidate will guide students through the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience, while leveraging their industry connections to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end guidance to students regarding student visa applications, documentation, and submission processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, procedures, and requirements for key study destinations.
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with industry agents to generate referrals and enhance student recruitment.
  • Counsel students and their families on study options, financial requirements, and timelines for successful visa processing.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth application processing and meet deadlines.
  • Regularly follow up with students, agents, and external stakeholders to address queries and provide timely support.
  • Organize and participate in student seminars, workshops, and education fairs to strengthen market presence.
  • Keep detailed records of applications and ensure accurate reporting of student cases and agent referrals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or International Relations preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of student visa application processes for major destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of UK student visa application is preferable.
  • Proven experience in building and managing relationships with industry agents.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Student Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage student and agent data.
  • Experience conducting seminars, webinars, or workshops.
  • Knowledge of education systems in international study destinations.
