Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives including outreach, partnerships, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong PR relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage public events (workshops, launches, seminars, conferences, etc.) to showcase the brand.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align communication strategies with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of influencer, PR, and event campaigns against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in brand communication, PR, influencer marketing, or events management.
  • Established network of influencers, media contacts, and event organizers (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset.
