About the Role

G.O.A.T
is seeking a motivated and skilled
Kids Module Trainer
to deliver our
Personality Building Program
for
learners in the 8–12 group
.

This 6-week initiative includes 12 interactive sessions focused on building confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership through creative, activity-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct two interactive sessions per week using engaging, activity-based methods.
  • Create a supportive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
  • Encourage participation, curiosity, and personal growth in each session.
  • Adapt activities to meet the needs and learning styles of different participants.
  • Collaborate with the G.O.A.T team by sharing feedback and insights for program improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with learners in the 8–12 group within a teaching, training, or facilitation role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Creative and energetic approach to education.
  • Background in student leadership, personality development, or educational facilitation is preferred.
  • Alumni of Teach For Pakistan or similar organizations are encouraged to apply.

Advisory Component

In addition to leading sessions, the selected candidate will provide input on future G.O.A.T development programs by offering insights on learning engagement, curriculum design, and activity planning.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive stipend of up to PKR 40,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
