Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
· Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, visas).
· Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
· Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
· Attend meetings, Note (MoM), and follow up on action items.
· Monitor emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
· Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy document retrieval.
· Support the executive in decision-making by conducting research and preparing briefs.
· Assist with event planning, conferences, and team coordination.
