Executive Assistant to Regional Director (Pakistan) – Join Our Client Team
This is a growth-oriented role that combines core executive assistance with strategic support functions, with the potential to evolve into a key strategy position for the right candidate.
The role will be reporting to the Country Director
Key Accountabilities include:
Primary Responsibilities - Executive Support (50%):
• Drive efficient calendar and email management across multiple time zones
• Coordinate local and international travel arrangements including visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
• Serve as the key communication hub between CEO, global team, and external
stakeholders
• Manage sensitive information and communications with utmost discretion
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and anticipate administrative needs
Strategic Support Functions (30%):
• Prepare meeting briefing documents including background research on participants and strategic context
• Take detailed notes in key meetings and manage follow-up actions
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed
• Track and drive completion of action items across the organization
• Provide basic analysis and synthesis of information to support decision-making
Administrative Support Functions (20%):
• Manage existing vendors and engage with all third-party contractual partners on billing, verifications etc.
Required Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives in global organisations
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills: ability to take primary responsibility for execution of diverse number of projects in timely manner with limited supervision
• Experience managing international travel and remote team coordination
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
• Require excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Complete discretion with sensitive information, both within the company and externall
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zone
• Self-reflective and aligned with values
