1. Prepare project management plan2. Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings.3. Plan and supervise project activities4. Define and manage project scope5. Resolve routine project issues during project execution6. Manage project teams and resources7. Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress8. Co -ordinate with Project Sponsor and project team9. Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man -hours or functionality points10. With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., time -lines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc.11. Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables12. Act as the "client" for the local project team13. Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage14. Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members15. Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team16. Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps17. All other duties as assigned by the CEO. Requirements4+ years of experience in team & people managementMust have experience working on and managing projects for international clientsExperience managing large, complex projects in a highly aggressive result -oriented atmosphereStrong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customersStrong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building  Timings: 4pm - 1am
