Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Engineer located in Islamabad. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) structural models for various construction projects. Duties include developing detailed structural and shop drawings, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring models meet architectural and civil engineering standards.

The BIM Engineer will collaborate with project stakeholders and contribute to optimizing project execution by reducing material waste, speeding up timelines, and avoiding on-site conflicts.

The BIM Engineer is expected to utilize Revit for developing custom 2D plans and design details as required for project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for construction projects
• Skilled in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Experience in coordinating Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Thorough Knowledge of Architecture and Structural Principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in CFS detailing and modeling is a plus
