Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role is critical in ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth HR functioning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in the HR management system.
  • Onboard new hires and coordinate induction and orientation programs.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, performance appraisal processes, and training programs.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data as required.

Must Have:

  • Medical Billing experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR
  • Experience in HR or recruitment
  • Can do night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
