Human Resource Executive
who can lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    , including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    , attendance, and HR databases accurately.
  • Develop and implement
    HR policies and procedures
    aligned with company objectives.
  • Handle
    employee engagement, training, and performance evaluation
    processes.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth
    workforce planning and team management
    .
  • Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Support
    management in disciplinary actions, appraisals, and performance tracking
    .
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience
    (experience in a call center or car shipping company preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of
    HR software, MS Office
    , and documentation practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
