About the Role:

We are hiring a female Human Resources Officer with at least 1 year of professional HR experience and a relevant degree in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should be confident in using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for recruitment and possess a good understanding of payroll handling and HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.

Assist in attendance tracking and monthly payroll preparation.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and internal communication.

Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and company standards.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.

Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media recruitment tools.

Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance systems.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Must be comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
