DAAML, part of the North Rays Group, is a fast-growing automation and AI infrastructure company.

We design intelligent systems for
data acquisition, workflow automation, AI agents, scraping, and backend analytics
— powering startups and enterprises around the world.

We're expanding our global presence and looking for a
Business Development & Brand Executive
— someone who can lead both
sales growth
and
brand visibility
across LinkedIn, Upwork, and international platforms.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that blends business development with brand management.

You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and managing our digital presence — ensuring DAAML stands out as a premium, tech-first brand.

You'll work directly with the founding team and North Rays' tech leadership to connect our automation products and services with the right clients globally.

What You'll Do

• Generate new B2B leads through
  Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and partnerships.
• Write and manage proposals for automation, data, and AI projects.
• Conduct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email, and follow up with prospects.
• Schedule discovery calls, coordinate with technical leads, and close deals.
• Maintain and update the CRM to keep all sales activity transparent.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through recurring client relationships.

On the brand side, you'll:

• Manage and grow DAAML's
  LinkedIn, Upwork, and portfolio profiles
  with consistent, engaging content.
• Oversee our brand presentation across digital platforms — ensuring a cohesive, high-end identity.
• Coordinate with
  graphic designers, video editors, and content writers
  (outsourced) to maintain visual and messaging quality.
• Plan posts, launch case studies, share milestones, and manage LinkedIn content calendars.
• Support the personal branding of founders through thought-leadership content and network expansion.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in
  B2B SaaS, tech, or digital agency sales
  .
• Proven track record in client acquisition on
  Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to direct creative work — you'll manage designers, not just request assets.
• Understanding of automation, AI tools, data scraping, or backend SaaS systems.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of handling both business and creative workflows.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary between
  PKR 120,000 and 180,000 per month
  , depending on experience.
• 10–15% commission
  on closed deals.
• Quarterly bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Clear growth path:
  Senior BD → Brand & Growth Manager → Head of Growth (with equity eligibility).

Tools You'll Work With

You'll use modern platforms like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, HubSpot, Notion, Apollo, Canva, Trello, Slack, and Zoom.

Automation and CRM management are already part of DAAML's system — you'll have full digital visibility from day one.
