Position: Call Center Self Verifier Medicare – Night Shift

Salary: Starting from PKR 45,000/-

About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is hiring confident and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Self Verifiers for the Medicare campaign. In this role, you'll communicate directly with clients, verify their personal and policy details, and ensure full compliance with campaign guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to verify Medicare / ACA customer details.
  • Ensure all interactions meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Record accurate and complete customer information in the system.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and clearly.
  • Identify and act on potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain a confident, empathetic, and positive communication style.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA experience preferred).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).
  • Strong listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with precision and uphold compliance standards.
  • Basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
