Job Description:

We are hiring Verifiers for our ACA (Affordable Care Act) and Medicare campaigns. The role involves verifying customer information, ensuring accuracy of data, and transferring qualified leads to the next stage of the process. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in call center verification roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer details and eligibility for ACA and Medicare programs.
  • Confirm accuracy of lead information before transfer.
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards in every call.
  • Accurately update and record customer data in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales/closing team to ensure smooth handover of verified leads.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ACA, Medicare, or related healthcare campaigns (preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with call center tools, CRM, or dialer systems.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and target-driven.
