Performance Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize
    Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns daily.
  • Analyze and report
    ROAS, CAC, and profit per SKU
    — not just impressions.
  • Manage the
    full funnel:
    retargeting, lookalikes, cold audiences, remarketing.
  • Work with our
    PR & Content Lead
    to plan and test new creatives weekly.
  • Build simple dashboards that track ad spend vs. real sales.
  • Experiment, scale what works, kill what doesn't — fast.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years
    hands-on experience running paid ads for
    fashion, beauty, or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven record managing
    3–5M+ PKR/month
    in ad spend.
  • Ability to read data, optimize on the fly, and think like a business owner.
  • Bonus if you've worked in an agency and are now ready to focus on one brand end-to-end.
