We are looking for a passionate and career-driven Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Finance to join our team. This role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn financial processes, and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Support daily accounting operations and reconciliations
  • Work closely with the finance team on audits and compliance activities

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to develop business understanding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/ACCA/CA Inter preferred)
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in a structured career path

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
