Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeping Associate at ITAAI located in Karachi. The Bookkeeping Associate will be responsible for bookkeeping, quality assurance, software testing, using accounting software QuickBooks, Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the ITAAI team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing processed data to ensure consistency and high quality.
  • Entering transactions into accounting solutions and performing basic bookkeeping tasks such transaction categorisation.
  • Identifying areas for improvement to improve data extraction and accounting automation application.
  • Analysing customer data and providing insights to drive conversion and business growth.
  • Interacting with clients to address queries and requests through email and other communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of Expense Handling and Accounting Journal Entries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Accounting Software preferred
