Job Title: E-commerce Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage our e-commerce brand's warehouse operations. The role involves handling online orders from start to finish – confirming with clients, ensuring smooth packaging & dispatch, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfillment

  • Receive online orders and confirm them with clients over the phone.
  • Prepare, pack, and label orders accurately for delivery.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Track deliveries and resolve any order/delivery issues promptly.

Inventory & Vendor Coordination

  • Regularly check stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely restocking of products.
  • Conduct quality checks upon receiving stock to ensure items meet standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock counts, returns, and damaged goods.

Warehouse Operations

  • Keep warehouse organized, clean, and optimized for efficiency.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of inventory.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or logistics management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle packaging with care and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills for client and vendor interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Familiarity with courier/logistics processes is a plus.
