Experience:- Minimum 2-4 years of experience on a same role in e-commerce operations.

Job Description:-

  • Daily orders sharing with warehouse team & maintain the sheet.
  • Follow up with warehouse team on all pending orders on a daily basis.
  • Maintain record against dispatched orders and share daily reports.
  • Ensure customer order fulfillment SOPs and TATs are being followed.
  • Manage day-to-day operations regarding customers' orders.
  • Verify Good Receiving Notes and Good Receiving Return Notes.
  • Record and maintain entire data of billing.
  • Print and distribute order invoices to the team for smooth fulfillment.
  • Monitor and track order status, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on order status, dispatch, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest optimizations.
  • Route emails to couriers within timeframe, highlighting return discrepancies.
