Position: Operations Manager – E-Commerce Industry

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description:
An experienced Operations Manager is required for a leading e-commerce brand. The role involves overseeing daily operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and return handling. The selected individual should be capable of developing efficient systems for reporting and performance tracking to ensure smooth warehouse-to-customer flow. Expertise in monitoring return processes, coordinating with finance for refunds and exchanges, and ensuring operational transparency is essential. The position requires a professional who can streamline processes, identify gaps, and scale operations effectively while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all activities.

Key Responsibilities
:

Manage inventory control and stock accuracy

Oversee order processing and timely fulfillment

Implement and monitor return handling processes

Coordinate with finance for refunds and exchanges

Develop reporting systems for operational performance tracking

Identify operational inefficiencies and introduce process improvements

Ensure transparency and accuracy in warehouse-to-customer flow

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

Proven experience in e-commerce operations management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to implement systems and processes effectively

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
