IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Revolves around managing and overseeing the access and operational aspects related to OFAN, power systems and telecom infrastructure.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Monitor all ONU/MSAGs and coordinate resolution of Commercial Power, Hardware and Optical Fiber link issues for maximum network availability
  • Perform routine Network Health checks including batteries backup tests, ring audits, optical power level measurements and bandwidth utilization analysis
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify improvement areas
  • Lead power incident response and access breach resolution to minimize service disruption
  • Optimize network capacity and expand ports according to business requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • BE/BSc Engineering in Electrical/Electronic/Telecom

Experience:

  • relevant field
  • Good business understanding

Technical Competencies:

  • FTTH, GPON, wireline and wireless technologies
  • BTS and power plant operations
  • Good understanding of network systems

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Computer proficiency
  • Analytical thinking for network assessments
