About the Role

We're hiring an organized, people-first HR & Admin Executive to keep our team running smoothly—owning HR documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day office administration.

HR Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate payroll files (attendance, overtime, deductions) and coordinate with Finance for processing.
  • Manage new-hire onboarding: offers, orientation, checklists, IT/access requests.
  • Prepare and maintain employee contracts, NDAs, and personnel files; track probation/renewals.
  • Support hiring ops: job posts, screening coordination, interview scheduling.
  • Keep HR databases and trackers updated (leaves, exits, documents, compliance).

Admin Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of all office expenses and petty cash with proper documentation.
  • Manage vendors/suppliers (stationery, utilities, services) and keep inventories up to date.
  • Organize small company events, meetings, and team activities (logistics, bookings, refreshment).
  • Support day-to-day office operations and basic facilities management.
