Sustainability Data Analyst

Job Location:
Kickstart MM Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore (Full time, On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability and environmental data (energy, waste, water, emissions, etc.) to support ESG reporting.
  • Assist in preparing ESG and GHG reports aligned with international frameworks such as
    IFRS S1/S2
    ,
    GRI
    ,
    SASB
    , and the
    GHG
    Protocol.
  • Conduct environmental and sustainability research, including benchmarking and materiality assessments.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate performance insights.
  • Maintain data integrity, ensure quality assurance, and support managed services operations.
  • Contribute to stakeholder presentations, audit documentation, and disclosure materials.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand data needs and provide analytical inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Environmental Science
    ,
    Environmental Engineering
    ,
    Sustainability
    , or a related field.
  • 1-2 year of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and GHG accounting is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel

    Power BI
    , and/or
    Tableau
    .
  • Familiarity with data management, data validation, and reporting processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex environmental data into actionable insights.
