The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Marketing Team Lead
to join our team in Lahore. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will be responsible for the full-cycle growth strategy and execution for our clients, as well as the management of our growing marketing team.

You'll lead everything from initial research and strategy development to campaign execution and client communication, ensuring every campaign is optimized for maximum lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
    Lead and mentor a team of specialists focused on paid media, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure all team members are performing at their best.
  • Client Strategy:
    Conduct in-depth business and competitor research to develop tailored, omni-channel marketing strategies for our SME clients.
  • Paid Media Management:
    Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Outreach Oversight:
    Manage and guide our outreach team's efforts in email and LinkedIn marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Project & Client Management:
    Handle daily project management tasks, provide regular updates to clients, lead client meetings, and manage the lead closing process.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to ensure they are meeting and exceeding client goals.
  • Business Development:
    Contribute to GrowMySME's own business growth by assisting in proposal creation and new client acquisition.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a growth-focused marketing leadership role, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in running successful paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Lahore.
