Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead with proven expertise in Blockchain technologies, MERN stack development, and software architecture. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage developers, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  • Lead blockchain and web application projects from inception to delivery.
  • Manage and mentor developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Blockchain Expertise

  • Design and implement blockchain-based solutions (smart contracts, DApps, DeFi, NFTs, wallets, etc.).
  • Work with Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or other relevant protocols.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications.

MERN Stack Development

  • Lead development using *MongoDB, , , and *.
  • Architect and optimize backend APIs and scalable front-end interfaces.
  • Ensure responsive, secure, and high-performing applications.

Architecture & System Design

  • Design system architectures for complex web and blockchain solutions.
  • Ensure applications meet scalability, performance, and security benchmarks.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation.

Project Execution

  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on MERN stack.
  • Proven track record of delivering *blockchain applications* (smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, payment systems).
  • Strong knowledge of *Ethereum, Solidity, *, and blockchain architecture.
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Leadership & Architecture

  • Strong background in software architecture & system design.
  • Ability to design scalable, modular, and secure platforms.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery.

Other Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DeFi protocols, staking, and crypto lending platforms.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML integrations in blockchain systems.
  • Exposure to payment systems, fintech, or Web3 startups.
