Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and submitting applications under the ECO4 schemes, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit job applications under ECO4, or similar government-funded schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines and regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather all necessary documents and data.
  • Track submission statuses and resolve any discrepancies or rejections.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of submitted and pending applications.
  • Communicate with relevant external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with ECO4 and/or BVS schemes is essential.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in government energy efficiency programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, submission portals, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a submissions or administrative role within the energy, housing, or retrofit sectors.
