Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Kifayat Publishers in Lahore, Multan and Karachi. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our publishing products (books, educational material, and digital platforms) and enhance the company's brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales and branding objectives.

  • Promote books and publishing material through both online and offline channels.

  • Coordinate with schools and bookstores for promotions and collaborations.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.

  • Prepare marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, promotional content).

  • Organize and manage events such as book launches, exhibitions, and seminars.

  • Work closely with the sales team to support business development activities.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing, preferably in publishing and education industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design/marketing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Timings: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Salary offer: 50K plus (based on experience)
