As a Field Operations Associate, you will be the face of Zero Lifestyle in the market—responsible for onboarding retail partners, ensuring high SKU productivity, and delivering an exceptional in-store brand experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the pulse of modern trade and general trade, and is passionate about tech-driven lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:
Retailer Onboarding & Activation:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential retail partners within your assigned territory.
  • Train new retailers on Zero Lifestyle products, pricing, and order processes.

Sales Performance & SKU Productivity:

  • Drive monthly sales targets by increasing the productivity of each SKU per outlet.
  • Work closely with retailers to ensure adequate stock levels and educate them on product benefits.

Retailer Engagement & Satisfaction:

  • Maintain consistent and value-driven relationships with retailers.
  • Gather feedback to improve service levels and strengthen retailer satisfaction.

Order Management & Repeat Sales:

  • Ensure timely placement and delivery of orders.
  • Track and improve the frequency of repeat orders per store.

In-store Visibility & Display Compliance:

  • Execute merchandising plans and ensure all stores meet Zero Lifestyle's brand standards.
  • Capture and share compliance photos regularly.

Market Feedback & Reporting:

  • Capture competitive insights, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Maintain daily field logs and submit weekly performance reports.

Performance KPIs

  • Active Retailers Onboarded / Month
  • SKU Productivity per Retailer
  • Retailer Satisfaction Score (NPS / Feedback based)
  • Repeat Order Rate (% of reorders within 30 days)
  • Display Compliance Score (% of stores meeting VM guidelines)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of corporate sales or retail operations experience (consumer electronics/Telecommunication preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, self-driven, and street-smart
  • Familiarity with retail sales apps or field tracking tools
  • Willing to travel extensively within assigned region
