Excel and Power BI Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong command of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint to assist with document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions and features to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
  • Provide support to team members as needed, including but not limited to administrative tasks, project coordination, and research assistance.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards using Power BI to present key metrics and insights
  • Perform various duties to ensure the smooth operation of remote administrative functions.
  • Background in logistics or basic knowledge of USA logistics companies is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools..
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Availability to work night shifts in the USA time zone.
