IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To execute GPON operations and provide end-to-end technical support for fiber customers while maintaining network reliability through preventive maintenance, quality audits, and compliance with operational standards - all while ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and team engagement in the assigned operational area.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Execute GPON operations and provide end-to-end technical support for fiber customers (PON port to FAT)
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMR) for network nodes and FDH equipment
  • Resolve QA audit findings and ensure snag clearance
  • Maintain network operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Deliver technical customer support for fiber services
  • Implement HSE protocols across all field operations
  • Drive employee engagement and team development initiatives
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in network operations
  • Ensure compliance with One Certificate requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Telecom/Electrical/Electronics)
  • Experience in telecom / GPON/FTTH operations

Technical Competencies:

  • GPON/FTTH network architecture
  • Passive optical network maintenance
  • QA audit processes
  • Preventive maintenance procedures

Key Skills:

  • Technical troubleshooting

  • MS Office proficiency
  • HSE compliance
  • Team leadership
