Job Description:

OOP Technologies is looking for a Call Center Agent with a strong background in digital services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or call center operations, along with a solid understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing solutions. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills to effectively engage clients, identify their needs, and promote our digital service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital services such as Web Development, SEO, and related digital solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable digital services aligned with their business goals.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist clients in understanding service processes, project timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Call Center Agent, Telesales Representative, or Customer Support Executive (preferably within IT or digital services).
  • Strong understanding of web services, SEO, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Confident in persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
