We work with the world's largest Semiconductor Foundries (TSMC, SMIC, Global Foundries etc.) as well as Independent Device Manufacturers such as Intel, Microsoft, Monolithic Power Systems to name just a few.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to take ownership of updating and creating customer guides, installation manuals, release notes, and other technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with software companies, possess strong technical acumen, and be able to understand and validate technical concepts - not just document them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain customer-facing documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and support teams to gather accurate information.
  • Validate technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability.
  • Organize complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents.
  • Follow and contribute to documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is always up to date with product releases and changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software company.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and related technologies.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and validate technical content (hands-on with software products is a plus).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools, content management systems, and version control systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS products, or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of API documentation and developer portals.
