Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and manage end-to-end SEO projects for clients worldwide.

The role involves executing technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, content strategy, AI and LLM-driven search optimization, Google My Business and Google Maps optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strategic content planning, and analytics-driven execution to improve client search visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for international and local markets.
  • Optimize metadata, headers, schema markup, internal linking, and images across client websites.
  • Perform technical SEO audits: crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, structured data, and sitemaps.
  • Implement on-page SEO recommendations in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and support client site updates.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce AI-assisted SEO content while maintaining brand voice and ethical AI practices.
  • Manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles and Google Maps optimization, including location listings, reviews, and local search visibility.
  • Monitor and optimize for AI-driven search trends (ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, Perplexity).
  • Track and report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Power BI.
  • Run CRO initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing, optimizing forms, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Maintain SEO SOPs, audit checklists, and a prioritized backlog of optimizations.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI innovations, GMB and Google Maps best practices, and global SEO trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of SEO or digital marketing experience, ideally handling multiple international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for schema and event tracking.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Experience managing GMB profiles and Google Maps optimization is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot are a plus.
