Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform routine system checks to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Respond to network outages, system alerts, and technical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors for further action.
  • Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
  • Ensure backups and disaster recovery processes are in place and operational.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and system changes in ticketing systems.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance and incidents for management review.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements and updates.
  • Support the deployment of new services and technologies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in network and system operations.

  • Proactively recommend process and system enhancements to optimize performance.

  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 months to 1 year of experience in a NOC, IT support, or similar role.
  • Experience in monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and system administration.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and incident management tools.
