Job Overview:

SourceCode is looking for an experienced and creative Facebook Marketer to manage and grow our Journal Publication Campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook Ads, audience targeting, content marketing, and campaign analytics to generate quality leads and engagement for journal publications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid Facebook campaigns for journal publication promotion.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify target groups and opportunities.
  • Create engaging ad copies, visuals, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements for ROI optimization.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve maximum reach and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated with Facebook Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Facebook Ads Management (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with journal, publication, or academic campaign marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and campaign performance.
  • Ability to work during evening shift (3 PM – 12 AM).
