Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to drive digital growth, focusing on innovation and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify digital opportunities and trends, both locally and internationally.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, platforms, and other stakeholders in the digital ecosystem.
- Product Innovation: Define the digital product vision and align it with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive digital sales initiatives to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base by optimizing digital channels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Brand Building: Enhance digital brand awareness through innovative marketing campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Report regularly to the Chief Executive on progress, key metrics, and market dynamics.
