Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Telecom Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing billing information, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding their bills, usage patterns, and available plans.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the organization.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Educate customers about available services, features, and billing policies.
  • Multi-tasking (Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolution).

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with telecom industry billing systems is desirable.
  • Proven experience in billing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing billing information.
  • 6 Months of experience in Billing and Telecom Calling.
  • Proficiency in English & excellency in understanding of English.

Location:

RJ Mall Near Millinium Mall

Days & Timing:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 07:00PM - 03:00AM

Salary & Benefits:

  • 45K Fixed + Commission (Uncapped)
  • Per Sale commission in percentage (For Relevant Experience)

NOTE: Only Relevant Experience person is required, Other than this you'll not be considerable.

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
