Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Job Summary:

The Quality Manager will lead and manage the overall quality function in the mobile assembling plant. This role is responsible for developing quality strategies, ensuring compliance with standards, leading the QC team, driving process improvements, and addressing customer and supplier quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and inspection systems.
  • Lead the QC/QMS team, provide training, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor production quality, conduct audits, and ensure corrective & preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and certifications.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's
    in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years
    of experience in quality management, preferably in the
    mobile manufacturing industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and root cause analysis tools.
