IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Ensure a fair workplace by overseeing grievance resolution and being POC for managing discipline in line with company policies. Will handle harassment complaints and conduct efficient investigations. Providing guidance to employees and maintaining records, identify improvement opportunities through trend analysis and present proposals to leadership for fostering a positive work environment.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Directly execute the operations of grievance portal & ensure efforts in addressing employee grievances by acting as overall process owner of Grievance Management Portal.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on grievance procedures and related issues and maintain liaison & provide case briefs to councilors nominated under Grievance Management Portal after getting it approved from competent authority. Close the assigned grievance tickets.
  • Maintain dashboard after monitoring and analyzing trends in employee grievances & disciplinary issues to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare briefs, recommendations and proposals for leadership team related to all grievances / disciplinary cases.

Qualification

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Management, or Law.
