About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior HR Manager
to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing policies and procedures, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Lead the HR team and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
  • Design and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling professionally.
  • Identify training needs and implement professional development programs.
  • Support organizational change management and succession planning.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree/HR certification preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high emotional intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools.
