Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Islamabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as supporting HR management, enforcing HR policies, and managing personnel-related activities. Responsibilities will also include coordinating employee benefits, maintaining HR documentation, and participating in various organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, including compliance and organizational support
  • Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Experience or understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software is a plus
