The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Assist PM in planning, executing, managing and closing the successful completion of projects. Also facilitating communication with stakeholders and ensuring the availability of resources for the project team.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Project Documentation & Planning
•Support the project managers in developing and updating key documents, including project charters, budgets, schedules, scope statements, resource allocation, financial tracking, risk management, change requests, etc.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
•Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
2.Administrative & Financial Management
•Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks, such as handling invoices, quotations, purchase orders, completion reports, and inventory records.
•Ensure financial documents are accurate, complete, and up to date.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards relevant to fintech projects.
3.Resource & Task Coordination
•Coordinate project resources to meet team needs, ensuring availability and timely allocation.
•Monitor timelines and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
4.Stakeholder Communication & Meetings
•Schedule and lead project meetings to ensure clear communication among the project managers, stakeholders, and clients, recording key notes and tracking follow-up actions.
•Document and communicate project updates, changes, and progress reports to stakeholders regularly.
5.Risk & Issue Management
•Maintain a project risk register to track and document potential risks, issues, scope changes, and impact assessments, assisting in their resolution as needed.
6.Best Practices & Quality Assurance
•Support the implementation of project management best practices to enhance efficiency and ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project documents.
7.Utilise Azure DevOps to its optimum for the Project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of IT and software development processes.
•Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
•Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
•Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
•PMP or other relevant certification is mandatory.
Key Competencies
•Ability to manage multiple project elements and diligently track key data.
•Skill in early identification of issues and proposing effective solutions.
•Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•Flexibility to adapt to project changes and manage shifting priorities.
•Diligent in maintaining data accuracy and integrity across project documentation.
Must Have:
Core banking experience or Fintech domain experience.
T24 Banking knowledge is a plus
