  • Manage payroll processing for 100+ employees, including riders.
  • Calculate rider incentives, Fuel etc based on performance.
  • Process salary disbursements and deductions (taxes, benefits, advances, etc.).
  • Process the company's payroll ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees.
  • Ensure all payroll calculations are accurate, including base salary, bonuses, and deductions (taxes, benefits, retirement contributions).
  • Administer and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and promotions.
  • Prepare and submit tax filings, including income tax withholding and statutory deductions.
  • Resolve any payroll-related queries or issues from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer the company's incentive and bonus schemes, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment.
  • Monitor and track employee performance against incentive targets, ensuring fairness and transparency in payout calculations.
  • Generate and submit detailed payroll reports for management, including salary breakdowns, tax calculations, and other necessary payroll-related information.
  • Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary payroll documentation during internal or external audits.

· Record inventory purchases from Achha Foods and maintain stock movement records.

· Track cost of goods sold (COGS), wastage, and shrinkage.

· Conduct monthly stock reconciliations for all stores.

· Maintain accurate records of all inventory items.

· Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with accounting records to ensure accuracy.

· Manage inventory aging, and assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

· Calculate and allocate the cost of goods sold (COGS) on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate reporting of product costs.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports, including inventory turnover and variance analysis.

· Assist in preparing the annual budget for production costs and inventory requirements.

· Any other responsibilities provided by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
