Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Junior Accountant
|
Onsite,
to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounts and financial records. The role will involve bookkeeping, assisting with financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Support monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Manage banking tasks including cash deposits and bill fulfillment.
  • Maintain expense records and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for budget tracking.
  • Stay in touch with clients to make sure retainers are cleared on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in accounting/finance.
