9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

Logical Creations is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior Accountant & Admin Assistant
to manage day-to-day company accounts and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial records, assisting in routine accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is perfect for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is eager to grow in both accounts and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Maintain petty cash records and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR Manager in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP) will be a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
