What You'll Do

  • Manage servers, networks, cloud (Azure), and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Lead IT projects: cloud migration, automation, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and mentor junior IT staff.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in systems administration, infrastructure, or network engineering.
  • Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise backup.
  • Certifications (Azure, AWS, VMware, Cisco, Security+) a plus.
  • Bonus: Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible experience.
