We are hiring QA Executive at AVENIA Pvt Ltd

Requirements:

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls and interactions .

Assess agents performance against internal quality standards and KPIs.

Provide clear, actionable feedback to agents and teamleads.

Identify training needs, performance trends, and areas of improvements.

Assist in refining QA scorecards and processes to improve call quality.

Ensure compliance with scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
