Job Title: KPO Executive

Qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Job Summary:

The KPO Executive will support the company's back-office operations by handling financial data, preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting in business process management. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process accounting data, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain financial and operational reports for management review.
  • Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Perform data entry, reconciliation, and documentation for imports and exports.
  • Support internal audits and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments for record verification.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or Tally).
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates (B.Com) or candidates with up to 1 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
