Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly individual to assist our UK customers with pending payment issues. You will receive a list of orders where customers were unable to complete their payments due to unavailability of payment methods or other issues. Your role will be to contact them via phone calls, resolve their concerns, and guide them through alternative payment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review the daily list of pending payment orders.
  • Contact customers within 30 minutes of receiving a new case.
  • Assist customers in resolving payment issues by suggesting alternative methods or answering queries.
  • Process night-pending calls first thing in the morning.
  • Ensure that the daily pending list is cleared by the end of the shift.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and customer-focused communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and handling customer queries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Reliable internet connection (for remote work).
  • Availability between
    8 AM – 5 PM UK time
    (flexible for extended hours if needed).
