-Communication with the Principle for import orders, prices of products & special items.

-Guiding the sales team for technically support of ABB product.

-Coordinate with sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.

-Source of communication in between regional office & head office.

-Update about the stock status to the sales engineer.

-Maintaining the file of packing list, prices & out of stock material.

-Creating catchy & impressive graphics for sales marketing to be routed as communication to motivate sales team.

-Coordinate between sales representatives and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.

-Handle documentation, quotations, and contract processing.

-Support marketing efforts and client engagement activities.

-Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.

-Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

-Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost sales performance.

-Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

-Monitor & maintain the stock ledger.
