Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager to lead our client's global outreach in the textile sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in international client acquisition, relationship building, and B2B marketing with a proven track record of expanding business in global markets. This role is pivotal in identifying and onboarding buyers, importers, and distributors while driving market entry strategies for key regions including Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and onboard international buyers, importers, and distributors in the textile sector.
- Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms for global outreach.
- Execute international client acquisition campaigns via LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and trade networks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients.
- Research and target high-potential textile markets (Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, etc.).
- Prepare tailored business proposals, client presentations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement global market entry strategies.
- Monitor international textile market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B international marketing and outreach.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and global lead generation.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (spoken & written).
- In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and buyer engagement.
- Preferred: Prior experience with textiles, sourcing houses, or export-based businesses.
- Target-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage international client portfolios.
